No Returns or Exchanges

As our products are designed exclusively for newborns and babies, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy ensures we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our tiny customers.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at babyaroosa04@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, along with:

  • Your order number, and
  • Clear photos of the issue.

Our team will promptly review your request and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at the earliest.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging for us to process any resolution.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for review.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund/replacement requests based on inspection results.
